    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Spotted circling over the Flight Replicas testing airport today....

Just a fun shot. I think it's the earliest I've ever shown a model. Which is why it's so far away. :)

It is, of course, a Consolidated B-24J Liberator, in this case of the Block 130 - 150 range (closer to Block 150 than 130, with larger navigator observation windows), CO (San Diego built). There's lots to learn about B-24's!

At this stage, just trying to get the geometry laid out correctly and get the initial flight dynamics done.

Looks like the lines of a B-24 Liberator. Hope she lands at the Flight Replica airfield. Read the lines under the picture Tom. At least I can tell a Liberator when I see one.

Long way to go, Tom, this is just the exterior model. But as someone asked of the B-24 was underway, thought it might be fun just to confirm. :)
 
Progress! I'm definitely looking forward to this, even though I know it's a ways off. (Pun intended). ;)
