I,m thinking it is either a Purvis "Eureka" as sold in Australia or an American Kit car called a Stirling which looks very similar and my be related to the Eureka.

BING! Nambus gets it.

This is called the Eureka in Oz, Sterling in the USA, and Nova in England.

Naismith,

Amazingly, the gentleman that made the Nova next made a car called the Marcos, (if thats the name of the Mini based kit that was ultra short and very fast).

Many years ago I helped marshal at a rally in Wales and there were several Marcos's (Marcii???) entered and man did those cars ever fly on the dirt roads through the forest, they were unbelievably fast and cornered like they were slot cars. You could always tell when one was approaching too as they had a distinct sound when tuned for racing.

There was a Mini-based Mini Marcos, but there was also a "proper" GT Marcos with, I think, A wooden frame like the Morgan, but I could be wrong there.

Man! I havent seen that one! The Mini Marcos was the one I was talking about. That looks like a TVR a bit to me, but sleeker.

That designer was pretty good with cars..

Thats the one Smoothie, the top car is the Mini.. Thats the one designed by the guy that did the Sterling/Nova.

I do not know who made the Marcos long body. Very nice cars. You cannot really tell they are a kit. There was a white one here in Phoenix for a long time. Well made cars.
