Need some spiritual help

Henry, I believe prayers do help anyone who do them with the believe that the All mighty will do what its best for us. He will give you the stregnth and the understanding to accept his will.

I will pray and hope that your wife does recover her health and you both can share each other life for many more years to come in health.
 
Hern07, you and your wife have our best wishes and prayers. Please don't forget to take care of the animals and CFS2 can wait a bit. It will be around when all the other flightsims are gone.
 
When Ann heard that people all over the world were praying for her she became very emotional and began to cry. That knowledge alone is going to help tremendously. Still is feeding IV and has a throat cathater for medicine, but they are talking about discharge to a rehab facility tomorrow. We have been to this stage twice before and something always came up, but, we'll see. Miami, thanks and thoroughly agree. You can not change facts by running away from them. I know the Forum is no place for religion, but I have to say the true sorrow is for those left behind, not those who go on to a better place. I trust it won't come to that. God bless. Hern

I know the reaction your wife had very well. When my wife had her breast cancer scare earlier this year (been a tough year for the gal!) and I read her all the outpouring of support and prayer...she was totally shocked. She had not gotten why I like hanging out on this site so much nor did she realize that this place is more than a forum, it is a community, a gathering spot for flight simmers from around the world...who, in spite of the fact that we may never meet in real life, still manage to become friends and brothers.

As Deb has been going through the ordeal of her brain surgery and long recovery and rehab, I have been keeping her abreast of the continued prayers and support and well wishes that all the fine folks on this site have been giving her. And I know that all those prayers and all that support have helped her.

Just as they will help your wife...and you as well.

Ann is getting better, very small steps and very slowly. But, her progress is consistent and it's a whole lot better than getting worse. It all started about the same time the prayers started. Coincidence? I think not. Will not transfer to rehab until Monday. It's not a medical problem, it's an administrative glitch having to do with room availability. Thank you so very much. Don't stop, though, the hard part is about to start.

Bad News

Ann went into cardiac arrest about 20 min. ago. I'm on my way to the hospital. They were able to revive her and she is in intensive care. The prognosis is not good. Please pray. Hern

thanks again. I just got back and will be home for a few hours. They were giving her her meds when she went into respirtory arrest and then cardiac arrest. The ICU doctor was very noncomital, it could go either way. The next 48 hours are critical. Hern
