New ship available-Gearing Class of 1945

Thanks Collin!

For all of you DD'oholics, the Gearing Class was a logical extension (literally) of the Sumner Class. The longer hull was used to increase bunkerage to improve range and endurance.

A late war addition to the US Navy, the class had representation off of Okinawa and the Home Islands and a few were present at the end of the war in Tokyo Bay for the signing of the peace treaty. Reportadly, none were sunk in WW II.

Avenger VC-20 "Charlie 88" texture

Hi All,
Thanks for the interest in the "Katie B". I appreciate Collin taking the time out of his busy schedule to do the textures for the Kadashan Bay.
If anyone is interested, I have an "updated" version of the Avenger and will upload it with TR's other stuff over at SimV. I also have a couple of VC-20 FM-2 textures for Gramp's FM-2 Wildcat and will post them also when I figure out a small tail mapping problem. The horizontal white stripe washes out.
Anyway, have fun with "Katie", she likes the company. :wavey:
Here's a shot of the "new" version.
