    Just when you think you have everything running some what better...

    You get a message from the Hosting company. Short story they need to move us to a new server. I have been working with them to plan a good date for all concerned. Here is what we have come up with as a schedule.

    1. November 4th 17:00 -5UTC shut off the forums and start backup proceedures. During this time there will be no access to the forums or the Resource Section.
    2. November 5th Continue with Backups and download same until complete.
    3. November 6th 7:00 turn over server to hosting company to move system to new server
    4. November 7th - 8th restore backups and upgrade forum software.

    If all goes well we should be back online on November 8th.

New updated native Ford Trimotor

So many nicely done new FS2024 updates. Haven't had time in the latest yet, but the C-46 feels a lot less half-arsed than what Inibuilds did to the Boomerang.

This new one is very nice. I've done a couple of flights in her.

Is also a nice Tri-Motor, I just wished they hadn't caved to the complaints about the original nose it had. From everything I've seen the longer nose with the window shape it has, was truer to a 4-AT. When the nose was shortened but the original window shape remained, it became sort of a mismatch. I don't think I've found a photo of the 5-AT with the round top corner windows???

Change the nose back and we'd have a 4 and a 5. :)

Just realized the first part of my sentence above got cut off. The second part is referring to the original AH Tri-Motor.

I liked the AH Trimotor, but eventually moved on to the Tukan model, which works well in MSFS2024.
 
I took them”new” Trimotor for a spin yesterday… still a bit of luck to get the engines started, but had a nice evening flight around Oklahoma City though ATC (using Say intentions) did complain about me not having a transponder :)
