The carrier is by Javier Fernandez It is used with the AI Carriers program by Lamont Clarke. It is in Beta and Javier has said that he'll probably release it within a week if the beta is ok. Some lucky bas#$%ds like myself get to have fun with it and bask in the envy of our contemporaries while posting shot after shot to make sure folks will want it very badly.

Dinos T-45 would be a good start, then maybe the default F-18 and eventually Dinos F-14, all come FSx Accel compliant so any of those three will suffice to begin with.
