Test run....1st impressions

Extremely well done! As good as any payware.

Super 2D and VC....clickable functions/great gauges
Realistic, animated pilot.
Really awesome mechanical animation of the prop pitch function.
Not bad at all on frames.
Very cool lighting features from blinking/steady nav lighting to the red or ultra-violet cockpit lighting.
Nice sounds in and out.
Flaps: per RW--inoperative at incorrect speeds
Landing gear shock absorbtion very nice.
Stalls and recovery well done.
Cross-control spins and recovery--pretty darned good.

A keeper!

The prop blur texture in the civilian model is in dds format (gray disk in fs9). Copy the helice-blurred.bmp from any of the other three texture folders and paste into the texture.ZBA folder.

Thanks for the HU. What a remarkable aeroplane - just had a lovely 30 minutes over the Devon countryside. An absolute gem!

The 3202 has been almost of the top of my 'want a flight in' list for years now here I have a worthy replacement in this flightsim version as I dont think it will be possible to get the real thing. Very impressed indeed.

Best wishes,

Martin

Just going back for another session!!

What a Beautiful Little Plane...one of the many reasons i still fly fs9 :applause:

Check out the night lighting :kilroy:

Many Thanks:ernae:

Thanks for the Heads-Up, a real gem! One thing, I copied the helice-blurred.bmp file to the ZBA folder, and it's good, but at night, the prop turns into a grey disk again...

Any fix for that?

Keeps crashing on my backup computer, a Windows ME PC - but I aint giving up yet - from what I have seen so far within FS9 this thing is bloody brilliant!

WOW! Gold star on this one.

Love the instructor view! Sounds great too!

I love that it's fabric covered as well. Love looking out at the wings and being able to count the bays.

I noticed, too, that all the models do that grey disk at night. I tried a number of Banana Bob props to test.....still a grey disk at night. Must be something else.... (a texture I haven't considered, model, ??)

I sent Andre Chancel an e-mail to thank him/them for the Nord3202 and to inquire about the nighttime prop issue. Will let you know if I discover anything.

Nice one, very detailed and still easy on the frame rates. This plane looks a lot like the Fokker S-11. Is that just a coincidence or did Fokker and Nord Aviation share designs?

I also have the same problem that some other users mentioned before. At night the prop disc becomes solid gray. Not a big problem though as this bird only has ADF it is best suited for daytime flights anyway.
