BHAH is so much better in every way than P3. I cannot wait to see how much you all enjoy it. I can only hope that you enjoy it half as much as I have.

Each time I fly it I experience something new or unexpected. It now has immense depth and is a product entirely worthy of the supreme effort that has been invested in it by the OFF team with the support of us all on this and other fora.

I don't mind if it takes another week. I've got a side bet with daveebee that it will be next Friday. So I'm sitting back in my deck chair and hoping that the postie doesn't hurry. Mind you, I shan't mind if it comes tomorrow....

I cannot resist.

Unless you are experiencing an usually warm microclimate down there in Dorset, I would strongly and respectfully suggest that you get off your deckchair and get inside.

Otherwise, you may find that you catch a chill and are unable to fly when your DVD comes.I suppose the castor oil may then help but you will need to be on your mettle when you first take to the skies BHAH.They are, to a great degree, more unfriendly than in P2

They email you? All I keep getting when I check order status is that all products and services have been delivered. I'm assuming that means the DVD has shipped but who knows...

Guys we have discussed this with Avangate and yes 'delivered' means that the DVD shipper has shipped the disk - Avangate outsource the DVD manufacture.
The wording will be changed to reflect 'Dispatched' or 'Shipped'.

Why do you get the e-mails?

Its because normally its a software download operation from Avangate in which case it is 'delivered' (you are licensed to download) and the DVD is then sent as a backup.

In our case we have not offered a download option (yet - see the download option Poll thread here on our forum) and so the DVD is not a backup DVD but its the real deal - case sleeve etc.

I will post an official reply from Avangate shortly which also indicates expected delivery times to various parts of the world.

It's easy to get worried when other people's DVD's are shipped, and your's hasn't.

I see from your age you wuz a young stripling of five when we had real cold weather back in '63 when you were tucked up in your nursery school.
Now that was so cold a track suit, my pyjamas and outside clothes couldn't keep me above freezing point.
This really is deck chair weather.
Anyway, I'm down in Dorset not far from the equator while you're up in Biggin Hill near the Arctic. I should worry but thanks for your concern....
Meanwhile, if the PACKAGE is coming from the USA my bet is looking good....

Hi Nio, You have to make allowances for PeterJH, he's feeling his years. He will have his uses though.If you need a bit of easy target practice look no further. I hope BHAH is good for multiplayer because you will see what I mean.
 
Cashed up my Paypal account and placed my order. Now better get some work done before it arrives. Thank goodness it's still the silly season on TV with nothing but repeats for the next month.

Lets hope the old 'puter is up to the challenge. I don't think the budget would stretch to a new high powered gaming computer. Not after major house renovations, an MX5, working part time and the share market being down. The joys of being a self funded retiree.

Congratulations on this titanic effort, Winder and team! A great achievement to get the development completed and the distribution organized. I’m eagerly awaiting the postman. Hope you have some free time now; you deserve it.
