That is because mount.17= is wrong. You needed copy all of mount.17= from the B-24J or PB4Y and and put it as the end of the [HARDPOINTS] list. Change it to the next available mount number (21) Now change the B-24_AI_Bombs from mount.17 to mount.21.
Put mount.21=0,-0.6,0 at the end of the [HARDPOINTS] list than change mount.17=B-24_AI_Bombs, 1, -1 to mount.21=B-24_AI_Bombs, 1, -1
