Outback Baron, before and after.

nice work Aztec! got the bleaching just right i think, loved but not overly loved... great job!

Looks nice! My only suggestion would be for the 30 year old charter version. Add some exhaust and oil streaks to the engine nacelles. There's a B58 that flies over my house on a fairly regular basis. It has a lot of staining on the bottom of it's nacelles, especially from the trailing edge of the cooling flap.

B58??!! OK, you had me going there for a sec. I thought you meant B-58 as in "Hustler". DIdn't think that there were any of those left in one piece... let alone flying.

Nice work on the Baron, Aztec.

Sadly, I never got to see a B-58 Hustler in the air. Beech B58 Barons... seen a bunch of 'em, going to see plenty more I'm sure.

Thanks for the feedback guys. It's a bit of a balancing act, making the aircraft look weathered without losing realism, but I thought I'd add a little more contrast around the panel lines etc. I think this will do it for this one, time to move on to another project.

I cannot thank people enough who spend the time making models actually look like they've been used. In the real world there are those that do wax and worry their treasures daily, but many more let nature and maintenance add their marks. Even a few little streaks and chips are enough to do the job.:salute:
