• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

...is almost done. Should be up by next weekend. Have to re-do the letters -- too "fat". And the tail number too compressed and short. Then the alpha channels. Then done!

Found a pretty reliable source that says the nose art was in red.

Good to know that you found a reliable source regarding the colour of the nose art. Initially I thought it would be yellow, as I have a 1:72 P-51B model of it with the letters in yellow with a thin black edges.

Are you going to do one of P-51B WR-Z, 2106448, "Hun Hunter of Texas","The Bulldogs" ,"Florence-Honey" and has a C on the top of the rudder, olive drab overall?

I just finished the alphas for 2 of 4 textures. I'll knock out the other 2 tomorrow. The readme and packaging tomorrow night or Sunday and she should be up by Sunday afternoon at the latest. :running: :running:

I might want to mention, just in case you were thinking about doing Capt. Brown's P-51B WR-Z (42-106448), the nose was painted with "The Hun Hunter ~ Texas" :)

Hopefully, you have some more skins in the works...can't wait to see 'em!
