    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Paintkit for Lockheed L-1049G, L-1049H and R7V-1 packages available

Hi there,

A new paintkit for the L-1049G, L-1049H, R7V-1 packages by the Team 1049 - Roland Berger, Volker Boehme, Manfred Jahn, Luis Pallas, Bill Tyne, and Stefan Werner is available now at Sim-Outhouse.com, Simviation.com and Flightsim.com. Hopefully also soon at Avsim.com.

Templates have been included for the L-1049G overland and overwater versions (can also be used to "create" similar L-1049C and L-1049E versions), L-1049H (same story for L-1049D), R7V-1 (same story for C-121G and C-121J), C-121C and VC-121E. As a bonus also templates for the version of the L-1049C especially built for Eastern Air Lines of which only 16 examples built. (fuselage configuration of the L-1049 sans-suffix - no specific model available, so I use the models 1049_s and 1049_rs as a basis; see the L-1049G package by the Team 1049)
