• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

My latest offering is now available at www.britsim.com. Look in Latest files or the Aircraft(Civil) category.
This covers the fixed U/cart version, but the retractable one is underway........
Have fun & happy landings.

If you can switch the OAT gauge on/off, then try the Fuel gauge switch the same place within the switch plate. A simple click should do it.
Are you trying it in 2D view or VC? It is possible in 2D that the Flaps lever is masking the operating box in the Pilots view.
Do not forget also to have the Battery Master On also!

Oh, dumb me again! It was enough to point mouse cursor to switch and click, but i was trying to point mouse till cursor become hand thingy and then it not worked. But now everything is normal back to flying :salute:

Thanks for the feed back folks, glad you like my attempts at something slightly different that needs a bit of skill.

The view should change also in both the VC & 2D views, so you get the Co-pilots viewpoint. Does not work automatically in FSX though, one has to change Camera View. Unfortunately in Co-Pilot view the hat switch view pan etc does not work - sorry about that!

Kikas, I wondered why the hand does not show when the mouse is placed over the Fuel Gauge & OAT switches - I have found the answer in the .xml coding for those items! The sequence in the mouse section was written incorrectly!
The sequence should be:
mouse
area
tooltip
cursor
click
area

A simple change can be made to those two if you can extract the files from the .cab & then open with notepad then copy & paste the appropriate lines to get them in the sequence above!

Try clicking on the control column structure (not the wheel) in the VC & in the 2D you should find the top left corner of the Icon will change views (there is no column in the 2D). The tooltip should show when you are in the correct area.
