I absolutely love FSD's porter!!! This is one of the few airplanes I've downloaded that I feel the need to tweak on. It flies the way I would imagine a porter to fly. I also have the cessna 337/O-2, and Freeware T-38. All their airplanes I've been very happy with. I cant say anything about customer service as I've never had a problem.
I have had customer service issues with other payware developers who dont seem to take customer service to seriously. Seems to me the biggest issue is that many developers are in other countries and there isnt usually a phone number you can call to get instant help. Email does have its drawbacks!!!
 
Sorry I meant to say that the porter is one of the few airplanes that I did NOT feel the need to Tweak on!!!
 
Glad you like it but I found the roll rate half what the real one can do and the rear float points were somewhere aft of the rudders, which makes rotating in the drink impossible and explains why it has a seizure when trying to steer with the water rudders. But I agree that otherwise this aircraft is a nice piece of work. I am contemplating one more try at getting permission to fix these little isssues.

In case this is some strange condition only on my game has anyone else noticed these things?
