PM Confusion

Earlier this morning I replied to Michael's post about finding a model and I said if previous suggestions don't work send me a PM.

I just went to check to see if I had a PM and discovered that despite looking everywhere I could think of, I can't find any way to do that.

Is there still such a thing as PMs? Or is that just a memory of the old site? If there are still PMs, how do we find out of we have any? Or send one?
 
They are called 'Conversations' in this forum software but they behave just like the old PMs did.
