maybe its too much for your computer,
go to display options 2nd tabpage
adjust the scenery, terrain and clouds to 2 or 3 and then try again if ur fps goes up
take out shadows as well
maybe it helps

thx buddy!,wait a sec,it ran fine on the regular settings, ok u konw how deadmeat1971 said create a copy of cfs3 and put it back int orginal?original is smooth but copy isnt,but can i use origina lfor games instead of copy?

Not sure why , alex and screen had no problem -DUH-once I put up the right IP ---- OR IT COULD Be my anti-cheater/anti-DOS protection program kicking in ......
