Coleman, known to us all as Ghost, will be very sadly missed by all who knew him. Ghost contributed greatly to CFS3 and helped so many and was a friend.
My condolences to the family...he was a very kind man...we'll miss you Ghost.

Dos ghost - "...gone but not forgotten..."
I am at a loss for words having just learned of our mutual friend's passing. As others have far more eloquently stated Dos Ghost made a lasting, positive impression upon all of us who were lucky enough to have known him. A black hole exists in our collective memories of him ...his sense of comaradery, quick witted sense of humor, and his love of the CFS3 sim and expansion efforts. I am sure we all know by personal experience his pride in the recent ETO.... and how he constantly volunteered to help others at every opportunity via this SOH arena in all aspects of the flight combat arena.
During a recent game I hosted he and I made arrangements that had yet to be finalized to meet in AC, NJ when my wife and I fly up for the holidays. At the same time he advised me about replacing my joystick which melted down trying to avoid getting shot down by him (with monotonous regularity).
I learned of his passing getting ready to try out my new choice....sadly I don't have the heart to fly now.
My condolences to his wife, Jin and the rest of his family. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

I'm sitting here in a state of shock, trying to type through the tears that are half blinding me. I dont have clue what to say... I just lost a friend I never met face to face. But who was my friend and bruther from another mother... god I'm gonna miss you Ghost... Cole. You were a true gentleman.. a true friend.. I will never forget you! I'll keep your memory and look for you in the skies... I know I'll see you there mate... I know you'll fly with us still... Wulll because ya just gotta! ya just gotta!

Can't believe what I'm reading.
Logged on to read this awful news about Cole. Had no idea he was so ill. Was just about to e-mail him about our A/C preservation here in UK and 2 wrecked jets we saved from scrapping are at their final home ,old RAF Hooton, as of 2 days ago. Cole got really interested in this in this past week once he learnt of the rescue attempt. (Aagghhh !!!! ).
I've had to come out of Sim-Outhouse and back in again to write this up and I now realize I was very lucky to have known Cole these past few months. What great laughs on T/S with him in all the late night ( for us in UK ) games. What a great help he was and a great flyer and shootist.
You needed to remember where Ghost was in a game, if you forgot , he soon let you know.
You guys who've known him longer than me must be empty and gutted at this time. My condolences to his wife , friends and relatives.
Missing man formation, a very good idea, Cole would approve of that. Otherwise I'll slip out of it for a while and adjust to situation.
