RAZBAM A-7E Repaints

Thanks to Bruce448, I have a shiny new low vis template. What better way to christen it than to paint my alma matter...yet again..

Unlike you, Chief, I like a clean bird...don't you remember the 7/14 day inspections we had to do? Bruce is providing me with templates...got lots to do now...;)

Like I said before, I am not an expert painter...getting it dirty would require someone who knows what they are doing!

That's fine! A clean bird is ok with me. So ok to send you the picture? Pete

You have to ask, Chief? I am a lowly First Class, you are a Chief...I am here to obey! (lol what drivel...)

Send away...(you bank account number and PIN would be ok, too! lol)

Next up, I have a low vis VA-27 Royal Maces 412.

Now, I have the following that can be repainted by request....so fire away!
VA-146 "Blue Diamonds" while aboard the USS America during the 1970 WestPac cruise. The A-7E made its combat debut on May 26, 1970 (along side VA-147) during this combat cruise. I painted a set of textures (below) for the now freeware Iris FS9 version but haven't flown that one since I got the Razbam version. A set of those textures would be much appreciated.

OK...I 'll see what I can do! All aircraft I recently painted have been uploaded to warbirds (1 set of 11 skins, 3 sets of single skins)

In preparation for the SDB Enterprise, thanks to a heads up from Frank, I have completed a VA-22 low vis paint, and will do a VA-94 paint sometime this weekend.

Heres the deal, if I get more than 150 downloads on these, I will make a 10 plane package for each...different bunos and side numbers.

Rich, I hope to be doing some online flying soon. Had some cousins come down for a visit, and it will take me a couple days to clean up their mess. They will never get invited again. Really trashed the place. Unbelievable.... NC

They are family, Pete, do it the Navy way...tell em to clean up their mess...then if they don't, tell em they can't leave until they do, then they won't want to come down again...so you won't be the bad guy! LOLOL

The problem is the parents. They too, are slobs. But they are already going to pay for maids to clean (because more folks are arriving tomorrow evening....my brother in law's boss!). But mainly I am concerned about damage. I know this doesn't belong in this thread, so won't post about it again. Just am fuming over it.....Pete

Nice VA-22 paint! That will look nice next to my "hobo" (VA-94) ship... :)

Nice!

They look great! Here's the two CAG-11 Corsairs together. I did notice an "artifact", the white shape under the "bird" on the VA-94 ship. Did your reference photo have that?
