• There seems to be an up tick in Political commentary in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site we know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religiours commentary out of the fourms.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Downloads reset?

I was just on the Razbam site, And It looks as though the Patch is still MIA... Am I correct in saying that I saw a posting about reseting the Downloads for previous purchase holders? if so, When Can We expect that to take place?.. Thanks!

Gents:

  • If you´re a new customer, nothing should be done since the file you get is the patched one.
If you´re a customer who purchased the add on before 16:37Est should do the following:
  • Sign in your RAZBAM online store account
  • Got to your purchase history/account history, there you´ll find your downloads reset and a link to the new file, it´s the whole file, 227MB .zip file
due to technical difficulties some users may find that their counters are not reset if so the technical staff apologize and would ask that they send us an email with the order number so we can do a manual reset

Hi Prowler - I tried to download the updated file but could not find a clickable download-link. Also my counter isn`t reset. Email with Order-Number is send to you.

As happened with the original release, we are currently under attack, the server software protects itself by putting down all download links.We endured same stuff minutes prior to original release and is most likely from the same scumbag/s.
The/they slime is still in the server..stay tuned.

I'm happy to announce that all our server problems have been solved. All the gremlins have been exterminated and service is back to normal. ** crosses fingers **

Please tell us if you have any problem, but at this time you shouldn't.

Sorry for the outage. Servers are finicky beasts and when somebody tries to break their security sometimes they err on the cautious side and block everybody but the administrator.
 
Would there be any chance order #1925 could have the download counter reset please? I've tried e-mailing but my message doesn't seem to be getting through.
 
well, seeing that I'm having fun flying the SLUF as is I'm going to wait a few days until the dust settles before getting the patch. My biggest desire was the manual anyway and that's been provided for separately so I'm pretty content for the time being.

Hopefully by next weeks the server and download counter issues will be sorted.

Regarding the manual. Is it clear? I'm a little concerned, specially about the tactical computer, which IMO has a tricky way of entering data.

Sorry about that. I'm frustrated as well. Ain't technology wonderful!
 
It seems that all the problems are with the old orders prior to the patch. We are reviewing the problems in a case by case basis.
Bear in mind the file to download is a complete install, the patched aircraft + manual.

I also sent an email (order 1915) that my number of downloads has not been reset but received no reply. I also cannot find a clickable download link on my A-7 order page. I am in no hurry but as my e-mail apparently got astray I use the forum to get in touch.<o:p></o:p>

Why not send a zip file of the whole plane w/update to each of the account holders? Certainly would solve a lot of frustration.
