• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Recovering my Favorites (bookmarks)

My PC took a dump a while ago, although I was able to recover quite a bit, one of the things I forgot to do was to backup my Favorites (bookmarks). I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share some of their favorite links/bookmarks. I had gathered so many links for good FS2004 sites and wish I would have saved it. If possible a small zip file with the links would be great.

It's not that I'm lazy but there are so many great sites out there that I think I may miss a few. Any help would be appreciated.

I ran the Export function across my Flight Sim fav's folder. I can't promise that all of them still work, but you may find some of them useful.
 
At first I use firefox ... From time to time I make a backup of my document / settings folder. Last week I had a large XP problem so I had to reinstall it again. After reinstalling I had copyed my FF folder back to my new "documents / settings" Everything works fine. all is back also passwords ! Does this also works in Vista or 7 ??? Idon't know
