LS 306, Ban Pak Ham. Laos. Enemy attacks the airfield from the western side, hidden in the bushes and tree lines. Ordinance has to be deployed in close vicinity to the friendlies.
Went well! Layed down rockets and two Mk82s. Except for the outcome, clobbered myself by executing a roll to the east which was was too sharp - flew up side down too long, too low and was out of ideas quickly - so the engine sputtered and quit. Was able to roll her and chrash land in a ravine. Oh well.... Air America picked me up quickly.
