Hello,

A new model is available on the RESTAURAVIA website.

RESTAURAVIA – Restauration virtuelle du patrimoine aéronautique français

A new aircraft, the Curtiss H75 A3, a contemporary of the Bloch 152, is now available on the Restauravia.fr website. Perfect for group flights.

Note: Speeds are listed in mph, not knots or km/h.

The Curtiss P-36/H75 Hawk was modeled for X-Plane 12 by Bernard JUNIOT "Berju83" (Liveries and paintkit by Antonio "AFNavarro".
Due to the lack of detailed documentation, some controls were not animated and remain inactive in this version.
Others were implemented in positions that may not correspond to those of the real airplanel.
The model proposed here is the adaptation made, with the authorization of the creator, by Jean Lacante for Flight Simulator 2020 and 2024 (MSFS) with the help of André Chancel

Have a good flight!

Very nice! Restauravia has released so many fantastic freeware planes for FS2020 and F2024.

Hope to see some more P-36 liveries for this! Really well-done model; can't wait to do some test-flying in it.

Thanks DennyA.
Regarding other liveries, that's unfortunately beyond my capabilities. I'll check with the aircraft designer for X-Plane.

Hi Denny,
I realize I forgot to adapt the RAF, U.S. Army 22, U.S. Army 50, and U.S. Army 91 liveries.
They will be included in a future version.
If you have any others to suggest, we'll ask the painter if he'd be willing to create them.

Definitely wasn’t complaining, D5Turbi! The two included paints look great, and really appreciate the chance to fly these Hawk/Mohawk!

Though it would be cool to see the Pearl Harbor bird in the natural metal shine you see it with at the National Museum fo the Air Force. The reflectivity on the current paint makes it flood more grey.

Sounds like you’ve already got the restored bird, since you mentioned US Army 50!

Really, the one paint i’d love to see would be an RAF Curtiss Mohawk. They flew these in the Dutch East Indies, India, etc.

OK Denny,
I'll do what I can with the metallic tint since I'm not very familiar with PBR textures.

I just received permission to include three more textures.

This will be done in the next version.

Thanks for the link; I'll pass it on to the painter.

Jean

Superbe !
A quand un MD311 ou MD312 pour FSX et au mieux MSFS ?
Merci à vous
GM
A MD 311 was being developed for FSX/P3D but is not finished, and the person working on it has stopped communicating. Adapting it from FS9 files isn't ideal; many interior elements are missing, and the textures need to be redone.
