S-51 Modification

Is there a way to 'tame' the S-51 just a bit? It's a bit sensitive with the joystick I have. Should I increse the MOI values? decrease them?

To be bluntly honest...I have no idea. I can make a plane or helo look better, sound better...but getting them to fly better is outside of my abilities. I have gotten lucky a time or two, and I mean LUCKY, when adjusting the FDE on a few planes, but most of my attempts to tweak the flight behavior of aircraft have ended in total failure.
