new paints I just uploaded on fs2:

and two version of the same RAAF Kittyhawk, 'Thumper'
BU-S with 80 sqn
BU (0005) by JanKees Blom, on Flickr

and HU-S with 78 sqn
HU (0006) by JanKees Blom, on Flickr

Wooow JK, this one has an interesting feature. Did she carry the 2 registrations at the same time, HU left side and BU right side? Or did he wear one and then the other?
Richard

Oups, sorry, stupid question. The color of the nose cone gives me the answer.

Indeed, BU-S was with 80 squadron, later Thumper transferred to 78 squadron as HU-S, but they kept the nose art.
I see double lines (and probably brown splotches) here as well, I need to check that

Like dvj, I also found the hangar. Thanks John.

Excellent screenshots, Richard! It sure is a lot of fun to stage various angles/subjects in that Reno hangar, especially with the light coming through the hangar door windows.

Bob, that is really neat that you recognized those water features! I typically find myself circling around that area whenever flying out of the virtual Fantasy of Flight.

ok,lookin at the second pic,no thanks, ill stay in the mountain lakes n rivers thank you,not messin with those things,id go into nearly fully involved structure fires, ran towards shots being fired several times ,to help injured cops or civilians while the incident was still in progress, im no hero, and it scared the poop outta me to be going into a fire fight, the fires never bothered me, got burned over, deployed fire shelters three times, many pro wildland folks never do in 50 year career's,but i never felt fear, there is a difference between fear and being scared.

i fear alligators, crocs , snakes, though i once had a 3 to 4 foot rattlesnake that would come up out of the ivy and would sun itself each time i went out for a smoke.true story, mom saw it one time, just once.. said "nope nope nope" ran back in the house and called the local snake wrangler..lol

he found 7 of them

Valley Vampire.png

I just wanted to thank Rob Carrich for the Vampire... looks a little out of place at Valley, but it was fun getting there.

That's the Lear Fan from Bill "Lionheart Creations" Ortis. The exterior is gorgeous, but you'll get a wide range of opinions on the interior.
