This has to be the best update there has been for any add-on. Flies like a dream.

Just updated and flew it myself, they've made a mess of the ground handling again but otherwise not bad... vast improvement in regards to holding trim.
Seems to have a weird hybrid of NWS and differential braking, will have a look at the FM tomorrow night tonight.

I have a question

... concerning when there is a passenger up front.
(Lionheart Bucker BU 131 Jungman)

With the default characters you can only choose pest or cholera as a developer. When using the stock IK-animations the pilot's extremities will snap to the correct positions (hands to stick and throttle, feet to pedals) but the copilot will go totally mad.
If you don't use said IK animations you're stuck with the default pose which can result in what you see in your screenshot.
Not a problem for your standard GA aircraft but quite annoying with narrowly spaced tandem seat aircraft.

Haha - certainly would be for the passenger!
Thank you for that, I assume Bill's model is accurate - it certainly is beautifully made - so it must be a very snug fit indeed.

The Klemm accommodation by contrast, is positively palatial.
