I did some looking around. There's nothing for it on the .to site, but VerticalSim has a release on a few different vendor sites/apps. Shop around if you're interested. Contrail's price is about half of SimMarket.

Decided to test out just how STOL capable the ATR 42-600S is with a hop from Princess Juliana to Saba. Turns out, that short runway at Saba is more than enough if you throw it into reverse just as your wheels touch. The parking is a little tight, though.
