I'm not sure if you've seen it or not, but within the comments section for the Red Wing KRGK scenery on Flightsim.to, there was an individual who has shared a fix for the two large terrain spikes near the airport.

Thank you for the heads-up on the Clermont County Airport scenery, Ryan! I have a friend that flies that Mustang and the TBM Avenger based there with the Tri-State Warbird Museum. Their FG-1D Corsair restoration project is also what I sent Milviz 60+ photos of to model their FG-1D cockpit from, several years back.

Looking forward to doing some flying, there!

I also just spotted this released today, Region 2 (North and South America) of the "We Love VFR" addon series, which adds nearly 200,000 of the missing tv and radio antennas, smoke stacks, radar domes, construction cranes and satellite/radio telescope dishes across the region. (Unfortunately, it of course conflicts with the "Minnesota Towers" addon from Fly Minnesota, as it doubles up the majority of the radio antennas) https://flightsim.to/file/16674/we-love-vfr-region-2
 
Yeah I just grabbed that VFR region 2 as well... wonder if there's a way to have the two projects coincide? Probably need excludes from the MN scenery. Not sure if he'll want to do that maybe I'll email him anyway.
