• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Hi Chief,

Indeed, that Phantom is a portover. Not at all fully functional, but you can change the loadouts and it is a stopgap for until the DC Design Phantom is released!

One of the most important things of the Phantom is missing: smoke! :biggrin-new:

Cheers,

Priller

Heading out of Havana on a hazy Sunday afternoon with a load of something that smells like cured tobacco bound for Key West. I know that the pilot is ultimately responsible for what he transports, but my lawyers at Dewey, Cheatem, and Howe assure me that their release form is iron-clad and the customs agent simply has to abide by it! :dizzy:

One more before I get off the 'puter and go watch some TV... This one is heading west down the Upper Rhone Valley just a few minutes out of Sion on a late evening run. Getting there from Innsbruck was "interesting" to say the least. With low clouds and rain and temps below freezing, I had to deal with an icy windshield and crappy visibility most of the flight. Since the Stage 2 steam Porter doesn't have color-coded terrain, I used the VFR map verify when I could drop into the valley and into warmer temps. I try not to use it, but since there's already an iPad in the plane, I just imagine that the moving terrain map is just another app.
