Not usually my cup of tea but a good opportunity to check what all this FMS stuff is about
Did a trip from Maastricht-Aachen to Leipzig earlier and now continued it in the dusk towards LOWI, still one of best approaches in Europe. It is a handy little plane, quite fast and not complicated at all.

Good to see you like it, but unfortunately, your very nice shot also shows that some of the stencils I put on there are mirrored, ouch!
So I've uploaded an update, correcting this:

The Fighting 69th - Thank you Richard

This set of screenshots to thank Richard Collens
I redid this texture for my personal use, which is part of the default liveries offered by SSW for its F-104G.
I had just corrected a few small details that were a tad incorrect.


Richard put me on the trail of a series of photos taken at Luke AFB in September 1979.
Among these is the "Fighting 69th" with special markings on the doors of the nose gear.
So here is a new project in progress.

I love it when there are questions around a shot:
Where's he been?
Didi he make the trap?
HOW do you even make it in that thing?
What's next?

Without detracting from the work, this sim really opens possibilities does it not.
