All over the flightsim interwebs, suddenly you will struggle to find a singleton shot :jump:

I am wishing there were more flexible time/placement options for Flightcontrolreplay

Not to say what's keeping the promised 'Fly-By' view option ??.... :onthego:

Spectacular shot, Wing_Z ! ;)

Say, Noddy, that must be the first time i see Dean's F-4 in eggshell gloss ? Nice ! Kinda miss that on the F-4 models although matt finish is probabely quite realistic. Still makes it look a bit like a paper model to me..

My latest '109 (soon to be released), depicting Bf 109G-14 WkNr.462707 D-FMGV owned and operated by Hangar10 (soon to be 'Luftraum Nord') from Heringsdorf on the island of Usedom, in northern Germany. Other than a couple small details, it's finished - I'm just waiting to hear back from one of my contacts who frequents the museum to see if he might have some photos to help add those last details.

The real aircraft was rebuilt from a Hispano Buchon that used to be owned/operated by the Confederate Air Force in the United States, and later was owned by Richard Lake in the UK and flew as G-AWHE. During the rebuild, the firewall-forward was replaced with a DB 605 and cowls and the tail was replaced with a rebuilt G-14 unit. Since some parts from the original G-14 WkNr.462707 were used, it allowed for the German civil aviation authority to re-title the aircraft with the G-14 identity/serial.

Thank you, Brad! I'd been really looking forward to doing this one, since the over all color scheme is so different than the earlier style schemes.

Also, I forgot to add, that the eagle-eyed among us might notice things that look a bit off - like the camouflage not lining up on some fairings, and the German cross on the left-side fuselage not being centered on the fuselage skins - but all of those details are accurate to the real aircraft/paint job. Same for the missing step and hand hold on the right-side fuselage (a leftover from being a Buchon fuselage).

Result of latest repaint.

Woah! That's beautiful. What are you using to paint Jim?

Your paints are the best John.

I need to purchase this addon because of your paints!

Hi I use a combination of several software programs.
1. My oldy but trustworthy Paint shop Pro 9.0 (yes I have newer versions but always come back to 9.0)
2. DXTBMP
3. Paint.net
4. Gimp
I will reduce texture size to no more than 4098x4098 to reduce demand on graphics cards (I am old school).
Hope this response helps.

Best
Jim

Thank you, Ryan, I appreciate it. Twenty years making repaints, but with every repaint I still feel like I'm just trying to pass muster. When I've not been painting lately, I've been enjoying flying the '109 using the excellent repaints by Spook, TiAr and Jankees.

TiAr, Jankees and Jim, although I don't happen to have or don't fly the aircraft in your recent screenshots, I just have to say that your repaints all look exceptional! I also really like the formation shots with the unique but matching schemes.

Spad, it's great to see you back in MSFS, especially with the Stearman!
