Real World German Air Force Tornados are currently out in California on Detachment at the China Lake Naval Air Weapons Station. So, as is my want, I thought I'd tag along on one of their missions. My jet is heading North out of China Lake, in the R2508 Military Range, heading up to the the Owens Valley for the low level portion of this flight.
