The new Fw 190D series package ,(with more to come). Th finest model out this year so far IMHO. Excellent work guys ! Untouchable in combat at any altitude ! Been waiting on Frosty's P-47 , but this is right up my alley. Can't recommend it enough .One of the most accurate FM and the most beautiful model and skins ever ! Thank you Jon,Nigel,Rene ,and Clive ! This person is thankful ! Regards, Scott Note: V1.2 is out.

One i would like to see a improvement on, Kurt Tank's Ta 152C. My personal favorite what if production fighter. FirePower's FM is terrible though for this model. Needs much improvement...

Don't know why, but so few appreciate the work being done. No wonder not many Luftwaffe or PTO being done. Guess everyone wants Allied aircraft, (especially not Russian ones). Politics aside should be the rule in a air combat sim. The silence is apparent ...

I dunno Scott, I don't think anything untoward is intended. There are few to appreciate it because there are very few of us at all, and that's because this is a 20+ year old game that wasn't even that popular when it was new. Thanks to Steve, as of this month we have the first map in which significant eastern front action took place (at least that isn't hampered by being right on the edge of the Europe map) for the first time in those two decades. No surprise to me that Russian planes haven't gotten much attention all these years without a map to fly them on. Especially since Great Battles exists. I remember a thread from 2007 entitled "CFS3 is Dead" or some such. And here we still are, with people still making cool stuff.

CFS2 was a Far East theatre, while CFS3 was the Western European theatre, to which was added MAW.
IL2 of course has plenty of the Eastern European action.
I would say it's amazing how much extra has been added to CFS3 which is not in the Western Europe theatre..

Just feel alone sometimes , without seeing many posts saying thank you. So much work being done for so few shows much dedication. A word of appreciation goes a long way. Thanks to all who put the laborious task in bringing us so much enjoyment. I ,for one, am very grateful to all of you. Regards, Scott

On the subject of saying thank you, please read the last few lines of the "read me" from the FW190D package...

Couple of shots while testing.
