My guess is EGKA. I did a Google search on Northbrook College Aviation and that's what came up. I'm guessing it's a payware package.

Looking at these screenshots I can't help but be amazed at how far Flight Simulator 9 has come over the years. In many cases I had to expand the image and look to be sure it wasn't a photograph.... Not to shabby for a sim that's "past it's prime".
