There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.
If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.
Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Same here!! Didn't get a changelog though?New version 1.03 of the Shrike F-86F is available. Downloading now.
I think that, with the way mods are installed in this sim, that is indeed true, if there are no changes to the texture mapping in the model.Wait a minute. Would like to finally understand this correctly..
Wasn't it like if a model (any model) got 'officially' updated you'd loose any installed thirdparty additions/alterations to that particular model and would have to install those additions again after having installed the official update ? (not sure about MSFS but certainly in FSX/P3D, right ?...)
After having installed this F-86 update i still have the reworked/darker VC and reworked/smaller rivets. I was just wondering, is it like just as long as the official name of a certain model remains valid after an update, MSFS will keep on loading any thirdparty additons to that model as well no matter how many updates will be installed ?...
If that's true (it HAS to be true because otherwise i would be flying my beloved Sabre again with a rusty cockpit and massive rivets, wouldn't i ....? ), that's pretty clever and a whole lot less to worry about, isn't it.
I got notified there is an update. Followed the link through to SendOwl, clicked the download. The download fails in about 2 minutes in, every time. Any ideas why that might be? Anyone else having issues?
