• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

My old laptop will "just" run FS9 (PIII 800 768Kb Ram) but I couldn't load it before the trip. Ain't gonna fly keyboard either I don't think :banghead: so I'll have to see about a cheapie stick. If I was going to be here during the actual race I'd do it right.

I have a beatup Saitek wireless Cyborg evo that takes up little space when packed amongst all the dirty underwear and socks.....

Is there a thread for race planning, or just pick any old airport on the way to Indonesia and Take off?
 
Have a look at post #24 in the 'SOH Team Practice #1 Official Thread' in the hideout (assuming you have access of course ;)).
 
I just scouted the FZFG -> FZIC leg in the Beechcraft T-34. A very easy flight, as the terrain is flat, and FZIC has plenty of lights. And the weather was beautiful too..!
 
Well since there's not exactly a fight on the tarmac for GA legs, have baton FZGF-->FZIC in the mighty C-182RG.

Off i go into the darkness...
