SOH Team Project - Grumman Tracker, Trader, Tracer

Ah yes, those pesky little turbos. Seems you, Tom, TG, and I are still working that line. Sorry I didn't "hear" that turbo whine in the background. :) Maybe you pushed it to the background too far? LOL

Lol!

Well Chief, I can gladly say I didn't need to. I believe you'll find these sounds surprisingly comfortable as long as you remain seated comfortably within the flighdeck area.

The 'turbo whine' is now audible only within the confines of the YROTAVAL.

Exit the aircraft with engines running could be regarded as a health risk though.

Unless of course one is stone deaf, as I nearly am.. :icon_lol: I used the exit instead of the YROTAVAL!

WHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTT? (Various hand gestures....)

OK took off the David Clark's, can hear you fine now! Tom

Tryin' to lip read you there, Sir!

Did you just say; "It' raining here in Delhi, I just popped in for a good curry?"

I saw you wave though. Greetings Tom! :wavey:

either land with it and use it to act as a cushion, or lay it down as you land or dump it, do a circuit and skid it in :icon_lol:

S2A Tanker

Well, while we await progress on other fronts, Tankerguy72 asked if I would do the S2A tanker at CDF.

So, with borrowing parts and pieces from the other aircraft, and shortening of the fuselage, I have finally assembled the S2A likeness, except for shortening the hstab. After that and adding the belly tank, the heavy lifting will be done and I will focus on the details more. Should have this done by the weeks end.

I own up...

Uh oh Milton forgot to model the landing gear on the CDF S-2T :icon_lol:

(icon:rather red faced, cough's Matt's world renowned 'cough'...:icon) Okay gentlemen...I own up!

Its all rather embaressing really ...its just that being Friday I was in such a rush to get back 'home' here.

I didn't damage anything. Honest!

(Just as well, cos what the picture doesn't reveal is the pair of brand new, crated Garrett TPE331 turbos inside, for delivery to the Chief on Sunday). :isadizzy:
