Super Nice repaints from Kendy Schwarz

To download them from Kendy's website :

1. You click on the blue "Stahnout" rectangle ( download )
2. You click on the "Souhlasim" small white roundel ( I agree )
3. You click on the white "Stanout" rectangle ( download )

Again, super nice repaints !
Well done Kendy Schwarz

Hiya!

I had a couple of days off, see this post

for the reasons why...

Now back to business:
That white/yellow Czech trainer looks great! I think there'll be no need for the identical East German rendition. But this one is almost ready for release:

It's the German October 1990 transition scheme, just after the East German Airforce and the whole GDR passed away. Some L-39 were taken over by the West German Airforce, some were given to the Hungarian Airforce. The depicted Albatros still wears its LSK paint (note the overpainted insignia) and already the new West-German tactical registration 28+52 with the "iron cross" insignia between the numbers still missing.

This pic was taken at Peenemuende AB in October 1990:

I have a repaint request for zsoltquack.

Your repaints are phenomenal, and I was wondering if you might considering painting this L-39 for me. It is owned by a friend who shares a hangar with me in real life, and is quite possibly the most beautifully detailed paint job I have ever seen on an Albatross.

For those who are wondering, this is the Royal Thai Air Force, and I believe his aircraft is the only civilian L-39 flying in these colors.

Zsolt, any chance we could talk you into this one? Please? This is a smart scheme! And thank you very much for your great paints!!!
