Spitfire prototype repaints in many colours

This package contains several repaints for the Aeroplane Heaven Spitfire prototype as it can be found on various (Early) Spitfire packages sold be Aearoplane heaven and JustFlight. These models are still available at the JustFlight store.

Although the model is quite nice, I disliked the colour and the somewhat rough way of painting. Therefore I started a repaint, as the texture lay-out form older AH model is complex, it took me quite a few years. However, when it came to the colour, I realised I had a problem. There are too many great names in aviation history who all make different claims. As I can't tell who is right and who is not, I did the same K5054 repaint in 4 different shades. From the often mentioned brownish "French grey" to the Sky blue version which can be found in the Tangmere museum.

So pick your favourite, or just install them all. Credits should go to the guys from Aeroplane Heaven for making this nice model, and Martin Wright for his incredible graphic tools, without which these repaints would not exist! And I also want to thank my friends Ian Elliot and Shessi for checking these textures.

Enjoy,
