I purchased this but every time I go to the download page it is blank. Refreshing the page doesn't help. Anyone else having this problem?

Yep, I was trying to purchase two sceneries yesterday and I could only get one.
I put this scenery in my basket and when it asked me for my email address and password it had switched to a different page that didn't look like the usual Contrail App log in screen:



It changed to this different page below:
This page below always tells me that my email & password are incorrect!
I did clear my Cache.
I'm not interested it installing a new browser just to get this scenery!
Microsoft Edge has been working for me all of the years.



Despite a round of emails to the Contrail App folks, I still cannot resolve the issue and make my purchase for this scenery

As of this morning NAS North Island KNZY is not available for sale on the Contrail Website.

I sent another email this morning and I'm waiting to hear back from them.

Still no email from the support team at this posting. I assume no one likes to work the weekends.

I use the Contrail App and purchase many products from them.
I'm storing up points to get that fabulous Falcon 50!
I want something for the $$$ that I have spent and the loyalty that I've given to the shop.
I have 138 products for MSFS 2020... some carried over to MSFS 2024 or were updated by the developer, thank you!
I have 112 products for MSFS 2024, that includes the ones that ported over.

I get the argument about supporting the developer directly, but if I buy 5-6 of your sceneries or aircraft at full price, I would like to have my back scratched too.

Strange. My Miltech and Contrail sites are working fine. So is my sim, since SU5. Could not load it at all during the SU4 period.

Alright, how many of us old fellas have a bunch of post-it notes (of various colors) laying around with passwords & the associated website on them?

Yep, you guessed it

I had (2) that were yellow post-it notes. They both said Contrail App.
One is the regular Contrail App with my email & P.W.
The other one is the one that I had written down for Contrail App with my email & P.W. for SkyDesigners" KNQX NAS Key West v.2 way back in 9-9-2024.... I said to myself nope, that's that old scenery!
This is Sundownersim KNZY NAS North Island!
Anyhoo, I put that 14-character P.W. in that stoopid white box that is up above in my previous post and bam, we were off to the races!

Now I came in here for something, what was it?

Thanks for the link, gray eagle, but I was able to find my error with the P.W. that I was using.
I'm wanting to obtain enough "points" so I can purchase Contrail's Falcon 50.
