Team Outhouse 2012 RTWR Practice 2 Race Thread

Errr, Martin....the baton was never at SAZM to pick up. :icon_lol:

Chris had already advanced it to SBPA earlier in the day.

Heck, that's a normal day for me!

I have the baton, SBPA - SBCB, P-51C.

Climbed up to cruise altitude, ETE 0:30. Buring gas off the center tank so I don't swap ends later.

ETE 0:30. Ran the drop tanks for 20 minutes each side. They'll go for 30, more or less, but this trip is only 650 miles, and I don't want the motor stopping over the South Atlantic in the middle of the night. Bad for crew morale... Burning the wing tanks now. I love how the fine folks at North American decidecd to sprinkle the fuel gauges all over the cockpit. I'm gonna wrench my back out trying to keep track of how much gas I have left in this ship!

ETE 0:10 + fumbling in the dark for the airport. Last post before landing. I left 40 gallons in the center tank, so I wouldn't have to bother with switching tanks during the approach.

Enjoy..
i8n the mean time, Just wanted to say, i'm on teamspeak with Robert, and I really miss you guys..... god i need a life..

Well...to speed things along I'll take the baton, using my first wildcard SCBC-FHAW in my little puddle jumper A318-111.
