Thanks SOH friends, and sorry.

Hi S'
You know...this just made my day to see you post again and know you are Ok. It's really good to read your messages. Me thought maybe I drove you away with the questions I had when doing a computer build, you helping me with my stupid questions. :ernae:

And really, there is no neeed to apologize for being human. It's a condition I fight on a weekly basis. :icon_lol:

The Best To You, Dave

We all have issues in our life that we need to resolve. I"am just happy you are back on the saddle.

Welcome back!:ernae:

Hey buddy! Welcome back... just take it easy.... been through a couple of burn out periods myself.... when not working on the computer creating FS scenery... I am on the computer building software.

Too much puter time... burnout.

On the bright side.... did get PHP2 out ... after a couple burnout periods. :icon_lol:

Sander, welcome back! :wavey:
We all get to those points in our lives when we have to change direction for a while. I've had a few things happen to me in recent years that turned me upside-down and backwards. Just happy to have ya back and posting.

THANK YOU ALL for the warm welcome back!

Lately I've been looking into VTP2 poly's for CFS2 and have some success in getting them to show up.

Cheers :ernae:
Lindsay

That sounds, well, incredible (literally). Explain please!

give a minute and i'll upload screenshots and if you want i'll include post the source code for it so you can take a look. It's more a hack then anything else but it works.

Glad

to see you back- I don't think you ever let anyone down- You just do whatever you have to do to stay healthy-Always a spot here for you

Welcome back Sander,

This is certainly a pleasant surprise. The man who built Europe, Stalingrad, San Francisco, etc, etc...is back!
:ernae:

Sander, thank you so much for coming back, i have waited to install the new Rhumba meshes until there could be coasts...just could not bear to see naked shorelines, and i even got your tool and tried to start work on the rest of the world that you had not had time to do...i am so glad you are back, as my fumble fingers and similar deluge of stuff in my own life including medical things...all have combined to stop my CFS2 world in its tracks ....it is great to hear you are back, and your life is better, very much appreciated. take care and it is so nice to hear from you.:ernae:

.................damn good news
SANDERS its just great to know yer hangin in there bro:ernae:

........hope all works out better as time goes along:engel016:

..........its always good when mates drop by for a chat :applause:

Hi Sander.

Good to hear you are feeling better! I agree that SBuilder to CFS2 might be the way to go... Ground2K is just too fragile to work with for complicated projects.

I'm also curious just what Lindsey has found with the VTP2 lines.

Dick

Welcome back, SdC. I know very well too how "real life" forces one to leave aside his beloved hobbies. Take it easy and have fun again flying and developing for CFS2.

Doesn't It Just Figure ?

The FIRST power outage of 2010, and I miss the return of SdC ?????

Welcome Back, old chap - you HAVE been missed !

Hi Sander! :wavey:

I am so glad to see you again in these pages! All of this time I was tryly hoping your disappearence hadn't to do with health problems. Unfortunatley, it's so easy to hear about anybody, apparently doing well, who, all of a sudden, is laying in an hospital bed.

Thank God, it was not your case. Health first and foremost, all other problems can be dealt with.

Let me tell you, you should have not felt guilty about getting back in touch after a while ... :173go1:..... sorry news are definitely better than no news at all! You have a whole bunch of friends here who could have helped your mood in one way or another, you have no idea how much SOH friends helped me during 2007-08, while I was breaking up my marriage! I could have gone off the deep end a few times, if I hadn't eased up my mind with all the support I got from who had gone through the same experience before me.

Different perspectives and lots of good humor kept me going many, many times.

Sometimes it doesn't need a whole poem, just a few words hit the right spot and make one feel a thousand times better. That's what's friendship is for.

I am glad you decided to show up anyway, you did the right thing.

I am still flying over and ejoying your ETO coastlines, rivers and lakes. Everytime I am grateful for your very hard work, thank you for returning to us!

Cheers!
KH
