I had the same trouble with the Blenheim in my missions. What I did about it, I just made a copy of the whole aircraft folder, renamed it to something like Blenheim 4 AI, and used the airfile from the stock Betty in that one.
Not elegant at all, I know, but it flies straight and maintains formation. And I figured that in an AI bomber, accurate performance is not so important, as you just want it to fly along the plotted route at the assigned speed and drop ist bombs at some waypoint.
This could also work for the Z-1007, but you could try the airfile from the other Z-1007 that is available first.
