Looks fabulous! One of my favourite places too. Can't wait :applause:

It does look really nice but it covers like .00000000000001% of the earth. I guess thats the main reason I don't purchase much scenery. If you don't fly there, you don't see it.

That is also why I only buy regional stuff, like GEX, UTX, and the FTX au series. 30 dollars to cover an entire country or continent is much more enticing than a product like this. :kilroy:

I normally stay in St Brelades Bay and walk up to the dunes at St Ouens bay - they would be great for low and slow if they weren't so close to the airport.

Usually stayed with family in St.Lawrence, could walk from there to St.Helier or just about anywhere else. Among best memories was renting a Piper Archer at the airport and exploring - the water looked like the Caribbean that day. Also hitching a ride in the De Havilland Heron on one of their flights to qualify a new pilot. What a blast that was.

That is really nice looking...Man..If FSX just looked like that all over...:ernae:

Quite interesting! My antecedent after whom I am named was shanghaied from Gurnsey in about 1728 or so and ended up working for a blacksmith in Maine.

Cheers: T.

If somebody makes a post about an add-on that's not for you, why do you feel the need to point out why you won't be buying it if it's not actually constructive to the post or product?

As somebody who does fly around the UK, this will be a welcome addition for trips off the south coast.

There are plenty of people here and everywhere else that do just that, so I suspect he's only adding to the pot.

Regardless though, the scenery does indeed look great and it'll be perfect for the Island hopping I've wanted to do.

And perfect for an Aurigny airline Islander!?!?!

A Ye Ole Pot of Gold flight from Dublin to the Channel Islands. This would be worth to purchase for me and give more insight into the UK Geography.

That's some flippin' gorgeous scenery! Between Tim's work and this one, the UK has had a good virtual day.
