Toby told the story of how Willie Nelson agreed to do this song on the Bob and Tom mornign radio show. The details are somewhat vague in my mind but close to accurate. I have always loved the story

Toby and Willie are somewhere I think a dinner but don't remember and Toby asks Willie to if he would be interested in doing a song with him. Willie says well send it over to my people and we will look at it and see. Later in the night Willie asks Toby what the title of the song is up to this point Toby had said nothing about it. Toby replies Whiskey for my Men Beer for my Horses...

Willie replies I don't need to see that one I will do it.

First great idea for a thread! Hope many participate.

My problem is - like wow - how many can I put up? I like different videos for different reasons. I'll have to give this some thought.

Where I lived growing up there wasn't any Cable TV and only could get one broadcast channel. In '85, my folks got one of those old 10 foot wide analog satellite dishes.

They wouldn't pay for any pay channels like MTV but at that time Much Music out of Canada was free on the dish so I learned to love a lot of Canadian bands...
