The Ongoing Mystery Aircraft Thread Part Deux.

After the war most of the planes were sold to a neighbor country where they were flown until 1927.

The (European) founder of the company is legendary and associated by most people with his large passenger transporters.

This is the only pix I've found of this aircraft. Maybe after reveal you guys can find another.
It's from South America

I have concflicting information about the manufacturer but the registration HK-3135 should be correct.

According to the site with the photo the aircraft is a Zenith

https://volavi.co/aviacion/historia/fabricacion-ultralivianos-colombia-wacsa (about a quarter down on the page)

but the Colombian aircraft register says it is a Zenair CH-300

http://antonakis.co.uk/registers/colombia/20140611.txt

Reg: HK-3135
Type: ZENAIR
ICAO: N/A
CN: CH-300
Owner: AC5-84-9-527
Date Reg: Cancelled

Isn't Zenair not just the earlier company designation of Zenith (see aerofiles)?

Agrocopetros “Zenith”

This is what I found on this aircraft. Also looking at the wing it has an "X" as the last digit on the registration number.

Chris

That angle doesn't give a good look at the aircraft I just took the info from the site above.

Over to you Robert thanks
