It was typically noble of you to leave a clue or two here, so I energised my detective genes - as a long time birder, I immediately recognised the Puffin on the tail. No British machine of that name, and in any case I jaloused that the scenery below was Continental, and, knowing its source, probably French...
Next stop was the dictionary. 'Puffin' is apparently 'Macareux' (not such an endearing name). Only one avion of that name was found, by a M Jean Noan , reg F-PNJJ
