The FL-53 by Meteor SpA which company later became I.I.I. (Initiative Industrali Italiane, still producing the Arrow high wing 2-seater).

Spot on John. :guinness: Note the roots at the bottom of the fuselage where the wings used to be attached. A one-off experiment.
