Yes, I've been coming up a day late and a dollar short on the last batch of mysteries. I was convinced the latest one was from Poland. Short sightedness abounds in Algonquin as of late.

Funny, that other pic of the SABCA - I just didn't connect it, because I always thought of that as a trike gear machine - the way it was propped up !
 
100+ were built as trainers. Here it is in it's native habitat.

I can't give the engine make as a clue as that will give it up straight away.
