• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Hi giruXX :encouragement:
Sorry, but answer is only 99,9999% correct. It is the PJ-1, the aircraft in original form. After modifications she became PJ-1A (see photo with PJ-1A on tail). Note the reduced glass area.
Nevertheless, nothwithstanding and despite the missing 0,0001%, please go ahead with the next one :jump:

Yes, I do have it as such. Enjoy a :icon29: or two!

(a plane to count on: one engine, two inhabitants, three planes, four blades :mixed-smiley-010:)

Something completely different.

It's the SP I.:guinness: Chester lost his life in a later version apparently. Takes a bold pilot to fly these little twitchy numbers!

Thank you Kevin:encouragement:. I think Art Chester was indeed killed in Swee`Pear II (also named ARC-Air Race Chester) N4000K in 4/1949

This small staggerwing biplane had a relatively short life. Not shown in photo, but she had a registration (no remkoved by me)

Well, it’s the Drezet-Mirouze 02 “Drezair” (1973), registered F-WTXF after minor changes, and crashed in 1974 due to insufficient power of its Volkswagen 1300 engine.

Thinking I have seen this I-strut inline job in one of the Juptner books but have no access to those until late tonight.
