O... started his company when the country had a different name than nowadays. Of course she has one of my engines.

Walter, I presume that says 'Oleg Antonov', presumably the name of this machine ? The tail unit is pure Orlican, or similar Czech machines, but apart from that, I've no idea!

As so often your presumption is correct. The aircraft is named Oleg Antonov in honour of the (now) Ukrainian designer. Although at the time of birth (1985) she had the Soviet Union nationality when L.F. Matenyak completed his aircraft. Engine is a 105hp Walter Mikron-4

Indeed, Walter - a modified version of the Kruk, sent for testing in the good ol' USSR. This from a Czech book, so it's an Eastern bloc mishmash !

That hits just about all the bases. Now you just need to edit the pic to make it "Moses-grainy"

I found it as "Floatplane version of the NLA FT-300 three-seat lightplane" from China. First flight with floats in November 1994.
